TISSUE CULTURE HOSTAS INFORMATION
ALL
TISSUE CULTURE HOSTAS COME WITH PICTURE TAGS!
Propagation on hostas is performed in a
tissue culture lab to ensure you of quality. The tissue culture
process brings you many of the newer and the higher demand varieties
that are many times hard to find. Tissue culture also provides a very
clean and uniform stock. New varieties are tested for viruses before
brought into the lab to ensure a disease free process. Then grown in
trays for one year. And then planted outdoors for one more
growing season before it is ready to sell. Now it is ready to sell. I
am hoping all of my tissue culture varieties for sale will be two or
more eyes. But I cannot promise this as I will not know until the
plant is dug. This is my first year selling tissue culture
varieties. My Hostas are grown in extremily rich fertile loose soil
(drained swamp land). And this soil produces rapid healthy
growth on roots and plants.
DIVISION
HOSTAS INFORMATION
MOST
DIVISION HOSTAS WILL NOT COME WITH TAG.
My
division hostas are divided from my large hostas and I am extremely
generous on large healthy roots with a minimum of 3 eyes. I have a
lot of these and see no reason why I can't be generous. And hoping
you will return for more or tell friends and neighbors about my
hostas.
